If You Really Love Me, You Would ……

As she stared into his deep brown eyes, she heard, “but if you really loved me, you would help this one last time.”  She knows she does love him, but she also knows she can’t help.  Not even one more time.  He would only use the money to get drunk again.  To help would be to allow more pain and damage and eventually the damage can’t be repaired.

Are you living someone else’s life?

I WANT TO BE HEALTHY BUT DON’T KNOW WHAT WILL WORK

Have you ever said that?  I have.  A number of times!!!!  

What is it we are really saying?  That we are frustrated with how we feel or where we are in life.  It is perfectly normal for us to want to see improvement and not seemingly be going backwards.  

So, we look for answers.  We reach out to anyone or any company that appears to have the answer for EVERYONE.  

But we are not everyone.  

We are individuals.

And if we want to be healthier we need to look at what is going on with us PERSONALLY.  Boy, from experience, I will tell you that this is not an easy task!  Because usually, if we are looking for a solution, we are not sure what is going on.  Yeah, we know what the symptoms are:  fatigue, gas, inflammation, pain, mental fog, headaches, bellyaches, stuffy nose, or even worse, arthritis, diabetes, heart issues, etc

So, how do we find out what our bodies are trying to tell us?  Find someone that will walk you through the healing process.  It is not a “one pill fixes all” situation.  So, you need someone who will listen to you, spend the needed time to help you, and offers recommendations for improvement that are tailored to YOU.

We have learned to look for MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) at our favorite Chinese restaurant.  But have you looked in the foods you bring home from the market?  Why should you care?  Do you suffer from fibromyalgia, obesity, fatty liver, high insulin and blood sugar, high cholesterol, liver toxicity, metabolic syndrome, or high blood pressure? This flavor enhancer has been linked to these issues.  What is the answer?  Eat only whole foods, read labels, talk with at health coach to evaluate your diet!
