We have learned to look for MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) at our favorite Chinese restaurant.  But have you looked in the foods you bring home from the market?  Why should you care?  Do you suffer from fibromyalgia, obesity, fatty liver, high insulin and blood sugar, high cholesterol, liver toxicity, metabolic syndrome, or high blood pressure? This flavor enhancer has been linked to these issues.  What is the answer?  Eat only whole foods, read labels, talk with at health coach to evaluate your diet!
